Garth Brooks Reveals Next 'Dive Bar Tour' Stop Will Be In Ohio

Garth Brooks is taking his 2019 "Dive Bar Tour" to Ohio!

The country star made the announcement on Monday (October 14) during his latest episode of his Facebook show, Inside Studio G: A Monday Night Conversation. He let fans know that the fifth stop of the tour will be in The Buckeye State, which he noted was a "No. 1 fan club state."

The Ohio show's venue and exact date have yet to be revealed, although those details are expected to be revealed through local country radio stations on Tuesday (October 15).

Brooks' kicked off his epic "Dive Bar Tour" on July 15 in Chicago, Illinois followed by a show in Bakersfield, California about a month later and a third stop in New Branufels, Texas in September. The fourth stop of his tour was announced toward the end of September and will take place in Sanford, Florida on Wednesday (October 16).

In addition to this newly announced Ohio stop, Brooks is also planning two more "Dive Bar Tour" dates. Details on those shows have yet to be shared although during Monday night's Inside Studio G, Brooks did make it a point to say that Pennsylvania, like Ohio, is a top fan club state adding that his Pennsylvania fans might have some good news coming their way soon.

The "Dive Bar Tour" trek is in support of Brooks' new single with Blake Shelton, "Dive Bar." Brooks co-wrote the duet alongside Mitch Rossell and Bryan Kennedy. The country superstar decided to ask Shelton to join him on the record after seeing him on the ACM Awards in 2019. Back in July, Shelton joined Brooks in Boise, Idaho for a surprise performance of "Dive Bar." This show was a part of Brooks' massive "Stadium Tour" which kicked off last year in October of 2018.

"Dive Bar" is slated to appear on Brooks' next album, Fun. Details on the new project have yet to be announced.
